Utváření identity u dětí v náhradní rodinné péči: Výzvy pro sociální práci

Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce se obecně zabývá tématem identity dítěte. Jejím cílem je zmapovat proces vytváření identity dítěte z perspektivy dítěte, rodiny a náhradní rodinné péče se zaměřením na roli sociálního pracovníka. Tato práce je pojímána jako kompilace a je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou postupně představena témata dětství, rodina a náhradní rodinná péče. V rámci nich se postupně věnuji identitě dítěte, jak z jeho vlastní perspektivy, tak z perspektivy rodiny a náhradní rodinné péče. Zároveň je v každé kapitole představena možná podpora ze strany sociálního pracovníka. Ta je následně v poslední kapitole zrekapitulována a dána do kontextu s typologií rolí některých autorů. V závěru je poté shrnuta tato absolventská práce spolu s představením nejdůležitějších zjištění a uvedením hlavních přínosů této práce v podobě výzev pro sociální práci.

Abstract:

In general, this graduate thesis focuses on the topic of child identity. Its aim is to map a process of forming child identity from the perspective of a child, family, and substitute family care with the focus on the role of social worker. This thesis is a compilation that is divided into four chapters. Individual chapters gradually introduce topics of childhood, family, and substitute family care. Each of them progressively deals with the issue of child identity on the base of children’s perception, and further examines the perspective of family and substitute family care. Additionally, each chapter presents possible support that social worker can provide. The last chapter summarizes the outlined possibilities and puts them into the wider context of social work role types of some authors. Finally, it provides summarization of the most important findings together with the main contributions in the form of social work challenges.
