Abstract:
Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá charakteristikou motorického vývoje a motorických předpokladů člověka. Vysvětluje pojmy výkon a výkonnost a dále se věnuje motorickému učení a jeho testování. V praktické části je cílem zjistit aktuální stav pohybové zdatnosti žákyň ZŠ a SŠ, porovnat naměřené údaje s normami a doporučeními z roku 1995 a s výsledky měření v roce 2006.
