Craniocerebral Injuries in Prehospital Care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na správné postupy u pacientů s kraniocerebrálním poraněním. Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracovat problematiku kraniocerebrálních poranění v přednemocniční péči a zhodnotit využití těchto postupů v terénu. Práce se zabývá rozdělením kraniotraumat, příčinami vzniku a patofyziologií. Další část práce seznamuje nelékařské zdravotnické pracovníky s přednemocniční a nemocniční péčí o pacienty s kraniotraumatem. Poslední kapitola popisuje specifika kraniotrauma u dětí. Praktická část práce obsahuje tři kazuistiky. Prvním případem je muž, který čekal na autobusové zastávce na autobus, kde ho srazil osobní automobil. Dalším případem je pád staršího muže ze schodů doma ve sklepě. Tyto dva případy jsou typické a velmi časté, záchranáři k nim často vyjíždějí. Posledním případem je pád dítěte z okna, tento typ výjezdu je méně častý, a pro záchranáře ZZS psychicky náročný. Součástí práce je i diskuze, která pojednává o správnosti záchranářských postupů. Závěr praktické části obsahuje také doporučení pro praxi, které je věnováno záchranářům.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis preoccupation on the right goings in patients with craniocerebral injury. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to elaborate the issue of craniocerebral injuries in pre-hospital care and evaluate the use of these goings in the practise. The bachelor thesis deals with the distribution of craniotraumas, causes of origin and pathophysiology. The next part of the thesis introduces non-medical health workers with pre-hospital and hospital care for patients with craniotrauma. The last chapter describes the specifics of craniotrauma in children. The practical part contains three casuistry. The first case is a man waiting at a bus stop for a bus where he was hit by a car. Another case is the fall of an older man down the stairs at home in the cellar. These two cases are typical and very common, paramedics very often go to them. The last case is a child falling from a window, this type of trip is unique and mental difficult for paramedics. Part of the work is a discussion, which discusses the correctness of rescue procedures. The conclusion of the practical part it also contains recommendations for practice, which is for paramedics.
