Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem pomoci obětem trestných činů, vymezením osoby oběti a poškozeného, poskytováním pomoci státními i nestátními organizacemi a zároveň i laické pomoci blízkého okolí oběti, která ovlivňuje proces viktimizace oběti a hraje důležitou roli v navrácení oběti do běžného života. The bachleor thesis deals with the systém of assistance for victims of crime, defining the concept of victim and person harmed by crime, providing assistance to state and non-state organizations, as well as lay assistance to the victim’s immediate surroundings, whic influences the victimization proces and plays an important role in bringing the victim back to normal life.
