Development of an Application for Retraining Centers According to the Lean Startup Methodology

Abstract:

Cílem práce je vytvoření MVP aplikace dle metodiky Lean Startup, která má rekvalifikačním střediskům pomoci s organizací jejich kurzů. Práce popisuje použitou metodiku Lean Startup pro řízení projektu a metodiku Cowboy pro řízení softwarového vývoje. Dále je v práci pro vlastní aplikaci navržen byznys plán vycházející z analýzy trhu. Po zpracování byznys plánu probíhá agilní vývoj MVP v několika sprintech a následně se MVP ověřuje v tržním prostředí. Výsledkem práce je vyvinuté a ověřené MVP.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to create an MVP according to the Lean Startup methodology to help retraining centres to organize their courses. The thesis describes the Lean Startup methodology used for managing the project and the Cowboy methodology for managing the software development. Furthermore, the thesis proposes a business plan for the actual application based on a market analysis. After the business plan is created, the agile development of the MVP is carried out in several sprints and then the MVP is validated in the market environment. The result of the thesis is a developed and validated MVP.
