Moral offenses from the perspective of criminal law, criminal policy and criminology
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na mravnostní delikty podle současné právní úpravy. V práci jsou zmíněny i případné návrhy na její změnu. Zabývá se komparací se zahraniční legislativou z hlediska právní úpravy prostituce. Ukazuje výsledky z průzkumů veřejného mínění o mravnostní deliktech a pachatelích. Zabývá se prevencí kriminality a ochranou obětí.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the moral offenses under current legislation. This thesis also mentioned possible suggestion for a change. It deals with comparation with foreign laws in terms of legal regulation of prostitution. It shows the results of public opinion surveys on morality offenses and offenders. It deals with crime prevention and protection of victims.
