Grant policy towards NGO's
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dotační politikou. Neziskové organizace jsou financovány prostřednictvím strukturálních fondů a státního rozpočtu. Spolupráce mezi neziskovou organizací, státem a Evropskou unií přináší řadu problémů. Cílem této práce - je vypracovat analýzu dotační politiky státu a EU vůči NNO a identifikovat jejich problematická místa a navrhnout změny.

This bachelor thesis deals with grants policy. Non-profit organizations are financed throug structural funds and state budget. The cooperation between the non-profit organizations, the state and the European Union brings a lot of problems.
