Práce hodnotí roli růstového faktoru FGF2 při kultivaci lidských embryonálních kmenových buněk in vitro. Zmíněny jsou také základní poznatky o embryonálních kmenových buňkách.
Abstract:
This résumé appreciates the role of FGF2 growth factor in cultivation of human embryonic stem cell in vitro. It also refers to some basic facts about embryonic stem cells.
