Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá predovšetkým charakteristikou podnikovej kultúry a podnikovej etiky. Vysvetľuje základné pojmy a predkladá mnohé definície, rozdelenia, typy a názory odborníkov. Poskytuje výklad pojmov a oboznamuje čitateľa s problematikou podnikovej kultúry a etiky a zároveň vyzdvihuje dôležitosť týchto dvoch prvkov pre správne fungovanie podniku.
