Bakalářská práce zkoumá situaci strategických aliancí v České republice a jejich vliv na malé a střední podniky. Hodnotí výhody a nevýhody, které členství v alianci podnikům přináší a posuzuje vliv aliancí na konkurenceschopnost podniků. Bachelor thesis examines the situation of strategic alliances in the Czech Republic and their influence on small and medium enterprises. It evaluates the advantages or disadvantages that alliance membership brings to businesses and assess the impact of alliances on the competitiveness of enterprises.
