Nursing Process in Care of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou jaterní cirhózy. Cílem práce bylo vytvoření názorného plánu ošetřovatelské péče vycházejícího z ošetřovatelských diagnóz NANDA International, jež se vztahují ke konkrétním potřebám jedince. Metodou sběru dat byl cílený rozhovor s pacientkou dle struktury NANDA International domén, záměrné pozorování pacientky, analýza obsahu zdravotnické dokumentace pacientky, informace od manžela a zdravotnického personálu Interního oddělení B Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava. Práce je rozdělena na 2 části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsaná jaterní cirhóza a její jednotlivé typy dle etiologie. Také je zde definovaná role sestry u pacientů s jaterní cirhózou. Praktickou částí je ošetřovatelský plán vypracovaný u konkrétní vybrané pacientky Interní kliniky B ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava trpící kardiálním typem jaterní cirhózy. Plán je rozpracován na jednotlivé diagnózy stanovené dle domén NANDA International Ošetřovatelské diagnózy Definice a klasifikace 2012-2014 včetně intervencí sestry, které přispívají ke zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacientky. Součástí praktické části je i popis realizace provedených ošetřovatelských intervencí a následné zhodnocení zdravotního stavu pacientky vzhledem k vykonaným intervencím.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with liver cirrhosis. The aim was to create an illustrative plan of nursing care based on nursing diagnoses NANDA International, which refer to the specific needs of the individual. The method of data collection was targeted interview with the patient by structure NANDA International domain deliberate observation of the patient, analysis of the health documentation patient, information from husband and health personnel Department of Internal Medicine B, Faculty Hospital Ostrava.The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is described liver cirrhosis and its different types according to etiology. There is also defined the role of nurses in patients with liver cirrhosis. The practical part is the plan drawn up for specific selected patients of Internal Medicine B at the Faculty Hospital Ostrava suffering from cardiac type of liver cirrhosis. There are developed individual diagnoses established by domain NANDA International Nursing Diagnoses Definitions and Classification 2012-2014, including interventions of nurses that contribute to improving the health of the patient. The practical part is the description of realization of nursing interventions conducted and follow-up evaluation of the health status of the patient relative to the wrought interventions.
