Abstract:

Diplomová práce Vývojové trendy v poptávce po hotelových službách je zaměřena na současné trendy v hotelových službách. Především na moderní technologie, a to samooslužné recepce, propojené dveřní systémy, webové aplikace a další. Nabídka služeb v hotelech je porovnávána za pomocí excelových tabulek a statistického programu. Práce má čtyři části. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou, metodologicko-analytickou a návrhovou. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat chování uživatelů napříč věkovými skupinami a jejich využití moderních služeb v hotelu. Konkrétně zjistit preference v použití samoobslužné recepce nebo recepce s obsluhou (klasická recepce). Dílčím cílem je prozkoumat důležitost hotelových zařízení při výběru hotelu: knihovna, game room, fitness, samoobslužná prádelna, automaty na občerstvení, restaurace, wellness,barception. Dále zpracovat faktory ovlivňující chování uživatelů. Výsledky jsou znázorněny za pomocí tabulek a grafů. A také zhodnotit efektivnost investic určitého produktu v oblasti moderních technologií zvoleného hotelu. Návrhová část práce se zabývá vylepšením služeb v hotelech a přiblížení profilu uživatele služeb na území České republiky.

Abstract:

Master thesis Changing trends in demand for hotel services focuses on current trends in hotel services. Especially on modern technologies, namely self-service reception, interconnected door systems, web applications and others. The services offer in hotels is compared using excel spreadsheets and statistical software. The thesis has four main parts. It is divided into theoretical, methodological-analytical and design parts. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the behavior of users across age groups and their use of modern services in the hotel. Specifically to find out the preferences in using self-service reception or manned reception. A sub-objective is to investigate the importance of hotel facilities in the choice of hotel: library, game room, fitness, self-service laundry, vending machines, restaurant, spa, barception. Further elaborate the factors unfluencing the user behavior. The results are illustrated using tabes and graphs. And also evaluate the effectiveness of investments a certain poduct in the field of modern technology of the selected hotel. The design part of the thesis deals with the streamlining of services in hotels and the approximation of the profile of the user of services in the Czech Republic.
