Abstract:
Nádorové supresory hrají důležitou úlohu v ochraně buňky před rakovinným bujením. U mnoha těchto proteinů je jejich funkce zprostředkována na základě protein-protein a protein DNA interakcí. Tumor suppressors play important roles in protection of cell against cancer proliferation. The role of many of these proteins is mediated by protein protein and protein DNA interaction. It was proven that for example BRCA1, IFI16, protein family p53 and other proteins preferentially interact with local structures in DNA.
