Prosperity Increase Proposal of the SME company

Abstract:

V diplomové práci je řešena problematika prosperity firmy v segmentu malých a středních podniků. Podnik je zaměřen na prodej elektrospotřebičů v kamenných obchodech. Závěrečná práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol. V první kapitole je zpracována literární rešerše vztahující se k tématu podniků v segmentu MSP, strategického řízení podnikání, obchodu a identifikaci ekonomických ukazatelů v podniku. Ve druhé kapitole je zpracována vlastní praktická část práce, kde v rámci činnosti zkoumané firmy jsou analyzovány určité vybrané ekonomické ukazatele, na základě kterých je možné identifikovat silná a slabá místa podniku jako celku, v časové ose několika let. S cílem komparace tří kamenných prodejních jednotek. Z provedené komparace je vyhodnocen žebříček úspěšnosti jednotlivých prodejen. Na základě výsledků analýzy a komparace jsou navržena opatření k posílení vybraných oblastí, za účelem zvýšení prosperity firmy v silném konkurenčním prostředí, což je cílem diplomové práce. K alespoň částečnému objasnění situace a pozice firmy je realizován strukturovaný rozhovor s majitelem společnost. Ve třetí kapitole jsou zpracována doporučení a návrhy na zvýšení prosperity podniku.

Abstract:

My diploma thesis deals with the issue of the company's prosperity in the segment of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). It is divided into three main chapters. The first chapter is a literature review and the basic theory related to the topic, and pays attention to the companies in the SME segment, Strategic management of Enterprise, Trade and identification of economic indicators in a company. The second chapter has been elaborated practically, i.e. the researched company was analysed in certain selected economic and financial indicators, based on which it is possible to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company as a whole. In order to compare three brick-and-mortar stores. From the above comparison the ranking was created to evaluate the success of the individual stores. The aim of my thesis was to make the analysis with various measures as well as the comparison among the stores to be able to elaborate a feasible proposal for strengthening certain areas in order to improve the prosperity of the company as a whole in a strong competitive environment. In addition, the structured interview with the owner of the company was used to help understanding the situation, the analysis results and the position of the company better. The thesis is concluded by recommendations and proposals for the prosperity increase
