Ideas of social workers in a social - legal protection of children in a family assistant role

Abstract:

Tato práce směřuje k zodpovězení výzkumné otázky: „Jak sociální pracovníci SPOD rozumí roli rodinného asistenta?“ Rodinná asistence je zde chápána jako jeden z typů intervence směřující k podpoře ohrožené rodiny, který vychází z teoretického konceptu sociálního fungování. Při zodpovídání výzkumné otázky jsem se zabývala rolí sociálního pracovníka SPOD, jeho pohledem na ohroženou rodinu, na vhodné typy intervence do rodiny, na rodinnou asistenci, na multidisciplinární spolupráci a zkušenostmi zmíněného sociálního pracovníka SPOD. Pro zjištění empirických dat jsem zvolila metodu porozumění, kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii, konkrétně metodu strukturovaného rozhovoru. Zjištěné výstupy této práce mohou být použity pro zkvalitnění spolupráce rodinného asistenta asociálního pracovníka SPOD, dále se jimi lze inspirovat při aktualizaci metodiky poskytování služeb rodinné asistence a v neposlední řadě mohou posloužit jako podnět pro diskusi a další odborné bádání.

Abstract:

This thesis seeks to answer the research question: How do social workers SPOD (sociolegal protection of children) understands the role of family assistant?" Family assistance is seen as one of the types of interventions sought to support endangered families, based on the theoretical concept of social functioning. To answer the research questions I addressed the role of social workers SPOD, his view of family at risk, the appropriate types of intervention into the family, the family assistance, for the multidisciplinary collaboration, and experience of that social worker SPOD. To determine the empirical data I chose the method of understanding, a qualitative research strategy, specifically the method of structured interview. Reported outcomes of this work may be used to improve the cooperation of the family assistant and social worker SPOD, they can also be inspired to update the methodology for the provision of family assistance services, and finally may serve as a impulse for discussion and other specialized research.
