Bakalářská práce se zabývá prezidentskými dekrety z období 1940 -- 1945. Analyzuje kontext vzniku těchto dokumentů a dále zkoumá dekrety, které se dotkly německé (maďarské) menšiny a ovlivnily tak jejich životy. Zbývající prostor je vyhrazen pro porovnání česko-německých zahraničních vztahů a prezidentských dekretů, kde je zkoumán vliv dekretů na utváření zahraničních diplomatických vztahů mezi Českou …more

The bachelor thesis deals with the presidential decrees of the 1940-1945. It analyses the context of the creation of these documents and then observes decrees, which influenced german (hungarian) minorities and then their future lives.
