Práce se zabývá právy a povinnostmi osob při mimořádných událostech. The thesis deals with the rights and duties of persons in emergencies. The aim of the thesis is to find out what are the rights and duties of persons in the event of an emergency and what is the level of awareness of persons about these rights and duties.
