Abstract:
Analýza spokojenosti hostů v 5* hotelu v Praze nejprve přes analýzu historických nedostatků, na které hotel již zareagoval a následně analýzou dat získaných za období roku 2015.
Abstract:
Guest satisfaction analysis in a 5* hotel in Prague through, firstly, the analysis of historically identified snags that were remedied and, secondly, through the analysis of the guests’ satisfaction via the guest satisfaction data for the year 2015.
