Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením transformace vybraného pobytového zařízení pro seniory ve Zlínském kraji. Proces transformace zahrnuje postupnou změnu ústavů na systém komunitní péče, postavených na humanizaci a deinstitucionalizaci. This work is deals with the evaluation of transformation of selected residential facility for seniors in the Zlin region. The process of transformation involves the gradual change of institutions into a community care system based on humanization and deinstitutionalization.
