Tématem diplomové práce je analýza vývoje legislativy DPH v ČR v letech 2004 --2012 s vyhodnocením dopadů změn v legislativě na praxi. Diplomová práce je strukturovaná do čtyř částí. První část se věnuje obecným poznatkům o DPH ze současné daňové teorie. Další část pojednává o harmonizaci DPH v rámci EU, přičemž je zahrnuta i tzv. Zelená kniha o budoucnosti DPH. The topic of this diploma thesis is to analyze the development of the VAT legislation in the Czech Republic in the years 2004 -- 2012 assessing the impact of changes in the legislation on practice.
