V práci autor rozděluje poranění páteře a míchy, rozebírá příčiny poranění. Seznamuje se záchrannými pomůckami a jejich použitím. Zabývá se ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty s poraněním páteře a míchy v přednemocniční a nemocniční neodkladné péči. Zaměřuje se především na šetrné vyproštění, účinnou imobilizaci a správný transport, dále pak na prevenci vzniku dekubitů, účinnou rehabilitaci a psychologickou …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis studies the causes and division of injuries of the spinal cord and spinal column. Also, rescue aids and their use are introduced. The paper further deals with the nursing care of patients with the spinal cord and spinal column injuries in pre-hospital and hospital urgent care.
