An Analysis of Internal Communication in the Selected Organisation

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je provést analýzu současného stavu interní komunikace ve vybrané organizaci a na základě výsledků provedené analýzy navrhnout doporučení. V rámci zvolených metod je v bakalářské práci použita metoda rozhovoru s vedoucím pracovníkem, metoda dotazníkového šetření a metoda neformálního rozhovoru se zaměstnancem organizace. Výsledky dotazníkových šetření ukazují, že je většina zaměstnanců s interní komunikací spíše spokojena, avšak z několika otevřených odpovědí je zřejmé, že si zaměstnanci nejvíce přejí posílit cílenou komunikaci, komunikaci se svým přímým nadřízeným či naopak zamezit vytváření skupin mezi zaměstnanci. Organizaci je ve směru zlepšení současného stavu interní komunikace navrhnuto několik doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse the current state of internal communication in the selected organisation and to propose recommendations based on the results of the analysis. Within the chosen methods, the bachelor thesis uses the method of interview with a manager, the method of questionnaire survey and the method of informal interview with an employee of the organization. The results of the questionnaire surveys show that most employees are rather satisfied with internal communication, however, it is clear from several open-ended answers that employees mostly want to strengthen targeted communication, communication with their direct supervisor or, on the contrary, to prevent the formation of groups among employees. Several recommendations are proposed to the organisation to improve the current state of internal communication.
