Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na návrh vhodné firemní strategie pro firmu Holoubek trade s. r. o. Práce je složena ze tří základních částí. První částí je literární rešerše, která se zaměřuje na definování základních pojmů, které souvisejí se strategickými analýzami a strategickým řízením. V analytické části jsou provedeny analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí s ohledem na každé SBU, které odhalují silné a slabé stránky, ale také příležitosti a hrozby. Ze zjištěných faktorů je sestavena SWOT matice, ze které vychází strategie v návrhové části. Strategie je formulována určením strategických cílů metodou SMART pro jednotlivé prvky rozšířeného marketingového mixu. Závěrem práce je diskuse, která kriticky hodnotí navrženou strategii.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on appropriate corporate strategy for Holoubek trade s. r. o. company. This thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is literature research, which is focused on defining the basic concepts related to strategic analysis and strategic management. In the analytical part analyses of the external and internal environment are performed for each SBU, which reveal their strengths and weaknesses, but also opportunities and threats. A SWOT matrix is compiled from the identified factors, from which the strategy in the proposal part is based. The strategy is formulated by determining strategic goals using the SMART method for individual elements of extended marketing mix. The conclusion of the thesis is discussion, that critically evaluates the proposed strategy.
