Abstract:

Možnosti podpory udržení sociálního zázemí odsouzených v průběhu výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Bakalářská práce je tematicky orientována na problematiku podpory udržení sociálního zázemí odsouzených osob v průběhu výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, jakožto jednoho z předpokladů úspěšného začlenění do společnosti v době po propuštění. Teoretická východiska práce jsou postavena na aktuálních poznatcích z oblasti práce zařízení pro výkon trestu odnětí svobody, problematiky prizonizace a jejích důsledků, tvorby a aplikace programů zacházení s odsouzenými osobami, aplikace evropských vězeňských pravidel a především možností práce s odsouzenými ve smyslu korekce patologických vzorců chování a podpory opětovného začlenění do společnosti. Kvalitativně orientované výzkumné šetření je zacíleno na analýzu možností aplikace postupů směřujících k podpoře udržení sociálního zázemí odsouzených v průběhu výkonu trestu odnětí svobody, identifikaci případných potřeb a bariér v této oblasti. Výstupem práce jsou strukturovaná doporučení pro možné kvalitativní změny ve zkoumané oblasti.

Abstract:

Possibilities of the social background support for the convicted persons during the performance of custodial sentence. As far as its topic is concerned, the bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of social background maintenance for the convicted persons during the custodial sentence performance as one of the preconditions for a successful integration into the society after these persons are being released. The theory starting points of the thesis are based on the current knowledge in these fields: work in the custodial facilities, the problem of the whole procedure of being imprisoned including its consequences, creation and applying of programmes for treatment of the convicted persons, implementation of the European prison rules and, foremost, the possible work with the convicted persons in the sense of correcting the pathological behaviour samples and support of their repeated integration into the society. The quality research treatment is focusing on the analysis of possible applied procedures that would lead to the promotion of the social background maintenance during the performance of the custodial sentence, including the identification of the possible needs and obstacles in this field. The output of the thesis is made in the form of structured recommendations for possible qualitative changes in the field subjected to the research.
