HR Marketing Development Possibilities in Czech Post, State Enterprise
Abstract:
Při volbě tématu diplomové práce jsem vycházela z potřeby firmy České pošty, s. p. rozvinout její HR marketingové aktivity. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je na základě analýzy současného stavu a s respektováním strategických cílů České pošty, s. p. zhodnotit dosavadní a plánované aktivity ČP a doporučit další směr rozvoje.
Abstract:
When choosing the subject matter of my diploma paper I resulted from the needs of Czech Post, State Enterprise of expanding its HR marketing activities. The main objective of my diploma paper is to assess current and planned activities of Czech Post and to recommend further development directions following the analysis of its current state and respecting its strategic objectives.
