Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na investiční certifikáty obchodované na Burze cenných papírů Praha. Jako první se práce zaměřuje na teoretickou stránku certifikátů. Co to investiční certifikáty jsou, jakou mají právní úpravu, rating cenných papírů a rizika s nimi spojená. Druhá část práce rozebírá druhy certifikátů, které mohou být na trhu nalezeny.
