Diplomová práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Úvodní teoretická část se skládá ze čtyř kapitol, které se zabývají definicí stáří, projevy stárnutí, kvalitou života seniorů, sociálními službami a adaptací. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The introductory theoretical part consists of four chapters, which deal with the definition of age, the manifestations of aging, the quality of seniors' life, social services and adaptation.
