The economy of household - thematic unit in teaching at elementary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje ekonomickému vzdělávání na základní škole Edvarda Beneše v Opavě, konkrétně nabízí zařazení tematického celku Ekonomika domácnosti, jako součást osnovy předmětu Finanční gramotnost. V úvodu byla zpracována teoretická část a ukotvení finanční gramotnosti do RVP ZV, rovněž je zde představena Základní škola Edvarda Beneše Opava. V další části je specifikován obsah učebního bloku s jeho rozdělením do částí, jsou zde zmíněny metody výuky a užití forem vyučování, které jsou vhodné k dosažení požadovaného cíle. Cílem práce je vytvořit ucelený blok výuky Ekonomiky domácnosti, který lze zařadit do výuky předmětu Finanční gramotnost při dodržení standardů finanční gramotnosti a respektování školních dokumentů. Bylo vytvořeno šest vyučovacích příprav, které byly následně prakticky realizovány ve dvou devátých třídách. Před započetím výuky byl zadán žákům vstupní test, který byl následně po odučených blocích opětovně vypracován jako test výstupní a vyhodnocen progres žáků.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is devoted to the economic education at the Elementary School of Edvard Beneš in Opava. Specifically offers the association of the topic Household Economics as an inner part of the Financial Literacy subject. In the theoretical part of the thesis have been anchored the subject of financial literacy into the Framework Educational Programme of the Elementary Education. The introduction of the Elementary Schol of Eduard Beneš in Opava is mentioned too. In the following part the content and learning blocks divided into the specific parts is explained. Goal oriented teaching methods including. The aim of this thesis is to create a unique block for teaching Economy of the Households, which can be associated by the subject Financial Literacy and respecting its standards for school purposes. Six teaching classes were created by author of the thesis, and this clases has been practicaly realized in two elementary school groups of students consist of the pupils by the age of 14 or 15. Before the start of the first class, the students has recieved so called "entrance test". When the block of the six teaching classes have been ended, students recieved another test, so called "output test" and progress of the pupils at the topic have been evaluated.
