Sudden death in the field from a paramedic´s point of view, difficulty of communication at the event´s site

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o práci záchranářů, kteří se mimo jiné setkávají s náhlým úmrtím pacienta v terénu. Zabývá se pojmy, jako je smrt, stres a komunikace na místě události. Všechny tyto skutečnosti se při náhlém úmrtí skloubí dohromady a vznikne psychologicky náročná situace, a to jak pro záchranáře, tak i pozůstalé, případně další přítomné osoby. Tato práce se zabývá náročností práce záchranáře při zásahu u náhlého úmrtí. Autorem byla vytvořena metodická pomůcka pro použití v praxi.

Abstract:

This work deals with the work of paramedics who, among other things, encounter a sudden death of a patient in the field. It deals with concepts such as death, stress and on-site communication. All these facts will come together in a sudden death and a psychologically demanding situation will arise, both for the paramedics, survivors and the other persons present. This bachelor thesis deals with demanding job of paramedics especially in cases of sudden death. The author created a methodical aid for use in practice.
