Traditional and non-traditional use of the hoop in physical education in primary schools

Abstract:

Smyslem diplomové práce je rozšíření povědomí o možnostech využití náčiní moderní gymnastiky při výuce tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni základní školy. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit metodickou příručku se sborníkem aktivit, které využívají obruč jakožto náčiní moderní gymnastiky tradičním i netradičním způsobem, a to tak, aby tento sborník mohli využívat především učitelé na 1. stupni základní školy. V teoretické části je čtenářovi poskytnuta charakteristika žáka 1. stupně základní školy, základní charakteristika moderní gymnastiky a její historie, základní prvky a manipulace s náčiním moderní gymnastiky, rešerše literatury zabývající se náčiním moderní gymnastiky a moderní gymnastikou obecně, didaktika tělesné výchovy na 1. stupni základní školy, zařazení moderní gymnastiky v Rámcovém vzdělávacím programu pro základní vzdělávání (dále jen RVP ZV) a charakteristika vzdělávacích oborů Tělesná výchova a Taneční a pohybová výchova. Praktická část obsahuje sborník dvaceti aktivit s obručí a pět uvolňovacích, posilovacích a protahovacích cviků s obručí. Praktická část by měla sloužit jako pomocný materiál k výuce moderní gymnastiky pro učitele na 1. stupni základní školy. Každá aktivita je opatřena metodickými poznámkami a poznatky z praxe.

Abstract:

The purpose of the diploma thesis is to increase awareness of the possibilities of using the tools of modern gymnastics in teaching physical education in primary schools. The aim of the work was to create a methodological manual with a collection of activities that use the hoop as a tool of modern gymnastics in traditional and non-traditional ways, so that this collection can be used mainly by primary school teachers. The theoretical part provides the reader with the characteristics of the primary school pupil, basic characteristics of modern gymnastics and its history, basic elements and manipulation of modern gymnastics, literature search dealing with modern gymnastics and modern gymnastics in general, didactics of physical education at the 1st stage primary schools, the inclusion of modern gymnastics in the Framework Educational Program for Basic Education (hereinafter referred to as the FEP BE) and the characteristics of the educational fields of Physical Education and Dance and Movement Education. The practical part contains a collection of twenty activities with hoops and five relaxation, strengthening and stretching exercises with hoops. The practical part should be used as an auxiliary material for teaching modern gymnastics for primary school teachers. Each activity is provided with methodical notes and practical knowledge.
