Táto práca sa zaoberá vplyvom nízkomolekulárnych látok, ktoré modifikujú enzymatickú aktivitu epigeneticky významných enzýmov, na pluripotenciu a iné kľúčové procesy embryonálnych kmeňových buniek. Génová expresia je zásadne ovplyvňovaná histónovými modifikáciami v oblasti promotoru génu ako aj v oblasti kódujúcej sekvencie génov. This work focuses on the effects of low-molecular compounds modifying the enzymatic activity of epigenetically important enzymes on pluripotency and other important processes linked to embryonic stem cells.
