Strategic analysis of Bohemia Sekt, s. r. o.

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci je provedena strategická analýza společnosti Bohemia Sekt, s.r.o. Cílem práce je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby společnosti, a na jejich základě formulovat strategická doporučení. Přínosem práce je vytvoření podkladů pro budoucí strategické rozhodování společnosti. Práce se dělí na úvod, teoretickou část, praktickou část, závěr a doporučení. V úvodů je uvedena problematika a záměr práce. Teoretická část práce se zabývá teorií ohledně strategického řízení a nástrojů strategické analýzy. V praktické části je společnost představena a následně jsou použity nástroje a metody: PESTLE analýza, analýza odvětví, konkurence, vlivu zájmových skupin, Porterův model pěti sil, finanční analýza a SWOT analýza. V závěru jsou na základě praktické části formulována strategická doporučení.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis carries out a strategic analysis of the company Bohemia Sekt, s.r.o. The goal of the work is to identify company strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and to formulate strategic recommendations. The contribution of the work is to create the basis for the company's future strategic management. The work is divided into an introduction, a theoretical part, a practical part, a conclusion and recommendations. In the introduction, purpose of the subject of the work is presented. The theoretical part of the work deals with the theory of strategic management and tools of strategic analysis. In the practical part, the company is introduced and analysed through tools and methods such as: PESTLE analysis, analysis of industry, competition, influence of interest groups, Porter's five forces model, financial and SWOT analysis. Recommendations are formulated in the conclusion of the work.
