Quality of life analysis of people aged 50+ in Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou kvality života v České Republice a jejím vývojem v čase. Základem pro danou analýzu posloužila data získaná 2, 4, 5 a 6 vlnami Průzkumu zdraví, stárnutí a důchodu v Evropě – SHARE.Jako základní analyzována proměnná byla zvolena proměnná, vyjadřující kvalitu života CASP. Pomocnými proměnnými slouží pohlaví, rok narození, místo bydliště, celkové příjmy domácnosti a počet let, věnovaných vzdělání jednotlivce. V dané bakalářské práci byly použity analýzy na základě popisné statistiky a regresní analýza. Všechny výpočty a grafy byly vytvořené pomocí softwaru R Studio a QGIS, tabulky jsou sestavené v MS Excel 2016.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of life-quality in Czech Republic and its development over time. The data obtained from the 2, 4, 5 and 6th waves of the Survey of Health, Aging and Retirement in Europe - SHARE were the basis for this analysis.A variable that expresses the quality of life (CASP) was chosen as the primary analyzed variable. Auxiliary variables are gender, year of birth, place of residence , total household income and education years. The analysis in this bachelor thesis was based on descriptive statistics and regression analysis. All calculations and charts were created using the R Studio and QGIS. The tables are compiled in MS Excel 2016.
