Cooperation of Elements of the Integrated Rescue System in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou Territorial Department

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o spolupráci složek integrovaného záchranného systému v územním odboru Rychnov nad Kněžnou při přípravě na mimořádné události. V bakalářské práci jsou vymezeny složky integrovaného záchranného systému, legislativa, mimořádné události a cvičení. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat spolupráci složek integrovaného záchranného systému v územním odboru Rychnov nad Kněžnou a z výsledných dat vytvořit návrh na zlepšení spolupráce těchto složek. Pro dosažení cíle byla použita SWOT analýza, kde byla vytvořením slabých a silných stránek, příležitostí a hrozeb zjištěna strategie, kterou by se měla spolupráce v budoucích letech vyvíjet. Dále bylo využito metod komparace a modelování.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the cooperation of the Integrated Rescue System components in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou Territorial Department in preparation for emergencies. The bachelor thesis defines the components of the Integrated Rescue System, legislation, emergencies, and exercises. The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the cooperation of the Integrated Rescue System components in the Rychnov nad Kněžnou Territorial Department and to create a proposal for improving the cooperation of these components from the resulting data. To achieve the goal, SWOT analysis was used, where a strategy was identified by creating weaknesses and strengths, opportunities and threats, which should be developed in future years. Furthermore, methods of comparison and modeling were used.
