Specific teaching approach towards children with impaired communication ability in a kindergarten

Abstract:

Bakalářské práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter a zabývá se specifickým přístupem učitele k dětem s narušenou komunikační schopností v mateřské škole. Teoretická část práce popisuje výskyt nejčastějších typů narušené komunikační schopnosti v mateřské škole, učitele mateřské školy a jeho přístup k dětem a integraci dětí s narušenou komunikační schopností do mateřské školy. V praktické části je hlavním cílem zjistit specifika přístupu učitele k dětem s narušenou komunikační schopností. Výzkumné šetření je kvalitativního charakteru a bylo použito polostrukturované interview. Výzkumný vzorek tvořilo 8 učitelek ze Zlínského a Jihomoravského kraje, které měly zkušenost s dítětem s narušenou komunikační schopností. Výzkumné šetření odhalilo přístup učitele k dětem, které měly narušenou komunikační schopnost.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character and deals with the specific approach of the teacher to children with impaired communication skills in kindergarten. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the occurrence of the most common types of impaired communication skills in kindergarten, kindergarten teachers and their approach to children and the integration of children with impaired communication skills in kindergarten. In the practical part, the main goal is to determine the specifics of the teacher's approach to children with impaired communication skills. The research is of a qualitative nature and a semi-structured interview was used. The research sample consisted of 8 teachers from the Zlín and South Moravian regions who had experience with a child with impaired communication skills. The research revealed the teacher's approach to children who had impaired communication skills.
