Visibility analysis of selected ancient settlements in Eastern Bohemia
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá analýzou viditelnosti vybraných starověkých hradišť ve východních Čechách. Detekováno bylo území z hradišť viditelné a také vzájemná viditelnost hradišť. Výsledky analýz využije Východočeské muzeum v Hradci Králové. K analýzám byl použit software ArcGIS for Desktop.
Abstract:
The theme of this dissertation is to make the visibility analysis of selected ancient settlements in Eastern Bohemia. There was found the area visible from these settlements and also mutual visibility of the settlements. The results of analysis will be used in East Bohemian Museum in Hradec Králové. Software ArcGIS Desktop was used for making the analysis.
