Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku náhradní rodinné péče a dalších možných alternativních řešení krizových situací v rodině. Teoretická část obsahuje základní terminologii náhradní rodinné péče, funkce a funkčnost rodiny, krizové situace v rodině. Poskytuje přehled péče a pomoci rodině v rámci orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí. Pozornost je věnována také sanaci rodiny, která může být jednou z alternativ řešení krizí rodiny. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu postupů orgánů sociálně právní ochrany dětí při řešení náhradní rodinné péče a jejich pohled na sanaci rodiny. V rámci výzkumného šetření byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření, jehož respondenti byli terénní sociální pracovníci, kteří mají řešení případů ve své náplni práce.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the issue of substitute family care and other possible alternative solutions of crisis situations in the family. The theoretical part contains the basic terminology of substitute family care, role and functionality of family, crisis situations in the family. The thesis provides an overview of care and help the family by social and legal protection of children. The focus is also on the rehabilitation of a family that may be one of the alternative family crisis. The practical part is focused on the analysis of practices of social and legal protection of children in substitute family care solutions and their view of family rehabilitation. As part of the research method was used a questionnaire survey, the respondents were social workers dealing with cases in their job description. Substitute family care, adoption, foster care, family, role of family, family function, crisis situations, social and legal protection of children, rehabilitation of family.
