Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá školním stravováním. V teoretické části je definována gastronomie a výživa. Blíže je charakterizována problematika školního stravování včetně platných legislativních a hygienickým pravidel. Cílem práce je sledovat školní stravování včetně trendů a specifik ve Školní jídelně při Základní škole Velešín.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s dissertation deals with catering services in schools. In the theoretical part, gastronomy and nutrition are defined. The issue of school catering is characterized in more detail, including applicable legislative and hygiene regulations rules.
