Abstract:
Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na metodiku procesního řízení v podniku. Dále byla práce věnována procesnímu auditu a zaměření se na využití těchto postupů při vytváření mapy procesů.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis was focused on the methodology of process management in a company. Furthermore, the work was devoted to process audit and focusing on the use of these procedures in creating a process map.
