Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vzděláváním v ziskových organizacích. Jejím cílem je zaměřit se na problematiku ustanovení ziskové organizace v konkrétní oblasti České Republiky (ve městě Děčín), ale též na didaktickou problematiku (cíle, obsah, metody, didaktické prostředky, techniku), která je spojena se zařazením konkrétních kurzů v této vznikající instituci. Analytickou část práce zastupuje analýza trhu -- z pohledu vhodného profilu klienta a z pohledu potenciální konkurence. Dále pak SWOT analýza, která shrnuje silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby. Veškeré analýzy jsou podpořeny dotazníkovým šetřením s rodiči potenciálních klientů. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí, rozhodnutí o vhodnosti zakládání vzdělávací instituce a možnosti rozvoje do budoucna.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with education in profitable organizations. Its aim is to focus on the foundation of provision profit organization in a specific area of the Czech Republic (in Děčín), but also on didactic issues (objectives, contents, methods, educational resources, equipment), which is associated with the inclusion of specific courses in this emerging institution. The analytic part represents the analysis of the market - on the one hand, from the perspective of the correct client profile and on the other hand, from the perspective of potential competition. Further analysis is SWOT analysis, which summarizes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. All analyzes are based on a survey using questionnaires with parents of potential clients. The final section contains a summary and decide whether it is appropriate to establish educational institutions and development opportunities in the future.
