Pochopení molekulárních mechanismů řídících pluripotenci a sebeobnovu lidských embryonálních kmenových buněk je zásadní pro budoucí použití tohoto unikátního buněčného typu v terapiích mnoha závažných onemocnění. Understanding the molecular mechanisms that regulate pluripotency and self-renewal of human embryonic stem cells is crucial for future applications of this unique cell type in cell therapies.
