Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na způsoby řešení konfliktních situací a okolnosti útoků u strážníků Městské policie Brno. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje strukturu a pravomoc městské policie. Rozebírá druhy a způsoby konfliktu. V praktické části je rozbor dat z dotazníků.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on ways of solving conflict situations and circumstances of the attacks in the Municipal Police in the town of Brno. This thesis is divided into the theoretical and the practical parts.The theoretical part describes the structure and authority of the municipal police. It analyse the types and methods of conflict.
