Competencies and experience of Kindergarten teachers in the field of speech development support in case of pre-school children in selected region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetencemi učitelů mateřských škol v oblasti podpory vývoje řeči u předškolních dětí. V první polovině teoretické části je vymezen pojem kompetence a sepsáno rozdělení kompetencí s možnostmi jejich rozvoje. Druhá polovina teoretické části mapuje problematiku narušené komunikační schopnosti. Je zaměřena na vývoj dětské řeči, klasifikaci jazykových rovin a vymezení narušené komunikační schopnosti. Dále definuje rozvoj řeči z pohledu kurikulárních dokumentů a podporu vývoje řeči u předškolních dětí. Praktická část je zaměřena na zkušenosti učitelů v oblasti podpory vývoje řeči u předškolních dětí. Výzkumný soubor tvořili učitelky mateřských škol v Domažlickém okrese. Výzkumné šetřený probíhalo po dobu dvou týdnů za pomoci dotazníkového šetření a rozhovoru. Do dotazníkového šetření se zapojilo 12 mateřských škol s návratností 32 dotazníků a rozhovory byly realizovány se třemi učitelkami. Získané informace jsou v práci statisticky zpracovány pomocí grafů a komentářů. Poslední částí praktické části je shrnutí výzkumného šetření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with competence of kindergarten teachers in the field of speech development support of preschool children. Firstly, the idea of competence is defined in a theoretical part, in this section is also listed division of competences. The second half of the theoretical section includes the issue of disturbed communication skills. This part is mainly focused on the development of children's speech, the classification of language levels and the definition of disturbed communication skills. The speech development from the point of view of curricular documents is defined as well in this section. A practical part is focused on the experience of kindergarten teachers in the field of speech development support of preschool children. The research was carried out in the Domažlice district. The research survey lasted two weeks using questionnaires and interviews. The thirty-two questionnaires were returned from twelve kindergartens, interviews were realized with three teachers. Last but not least the obtained information was statistically processed using graphs and comments. In conclusion of the practical part is restated the main findings.
