Abstract:
Má diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou práva na informace ve veřejné správě. Práce definuje problematiku poskytování informací s poukázáním na zákonné postupy a odlišnosti zákonných úprav v České a Slovenské republice.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the right to information in the public administration. This work defines the issue of providing information with reference to the legal procedures and differences in legislation in the Czech and Slovak Republic.
