Tato diplomová práce se věnuje principu kontradiktornosti v českém trestním řízení. Jejím cílem je představit princip kontradiktornosti v jeho obou teoretických pojetích, rozebrat jeho jednotlivé projevy v průběhu českého trestního řízení a navrhnout změny trestního práva procesního, které by posílily princip kontradiktornosti při respektování inkvizičně-akuzační povahy českého trestního řízení. This diploma thesis is concerned with adversarial principle in the Czech criminal proceedings.
