Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na stereotypy o sociálních pracovnících orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí obce s rozšířenou působností Kopřivnice. Teoretická část se věnuje zrodu stereotypů. Stereotypům předchází postoje a předsudky, o kterých se v teoretické části také pojednává. Teoretická část také přibližuje pojmy "sociální práce" a "sociální pracovník." Výzkumná část se věnuje rozhovorům s pěti informanty. Získané rozhovory jsou následně zakódované a z kódů jsou vytvořené kategorie. realizované rozhovory nám poskytují odpověď na výzkumnou otázku: "S jakými stereotypy se sociální pracovníci setkávají, jak na stereotypy reagují a co by podle nich bylo nutné udělat k jejich regulaci." Závěr mé práce pak prostřednictvím diskuse propojuje výzkum s teorií a následně shrnuje celou teoretickou i výzkumnou část.

Abstract:

This Bachelor Thesis focuses on stereotypes about social workers from the department of social-legal children protection in Kopřivnice, municipality with extended jurisdiction. The theoretical part deals with the beginnings of stereotypes. Stereotypes are preceded by attitudes and prejudices, which I also mention in theoretical part. Ideal with the terms "social work" and "social workers" in theoretical part too. In the research part, I conduct interviews with five informants. Then the obtained interviews are subsequently coded and categories are created from the codes. Through the interviews, I try to answer my research question: "What stereotypes do the social workers encounter, how they respond to them and what should be done to regulate them." At the end of my thesis, I connect the research with the theory in the form of a discussion and then summarize the entire theoretical and research part.
