Cílem této práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti Froněk, spol. s. r. o. a sestavit nástin finančního plánu. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. První část práce je metodická a jsou v ní představeny jednotlivé metody a ukazatele finanční analýzy a jejich interpretace. The aim of this thesis is to perform a financial analysis of the company Froněk, spol. s r. o. and to formulate an outline of financial plan. The thesis is divided into two main parts.
