Abstract:

Absolventská práce je zaměřena na metody léčby dětí s ADHD syndromem na dětské psychiatrii. V teoretické části uvádím, že ADHD je vývojová porucha, kterou není možné vyléčit, ale je důležité a pro děti s tímto syndromem zcela nutné, se s ní naučit žít. Nejlepším způsobem, jak těmto dětem pomoci je včasné diagnostikování poruchy, dlouhodobá a efektivní léčba, léčebná terapie, strategická, komplexní a výchovná opatření a mnohdy i specializované zařízení jako jsou školky a školy. K tomu pomáhají jednotlivé metody léčby, jako je hospitalizace, farmakoterapie, úprava výchovných a vyučovacích metod a také rodičovský trénink. Velice přínosná je spolupráce dalších odborníků, tedy psychologů, speciálních pedagogů, psychiatrů, neurologů, učitelů, logopedů, vychovatelů a hlavně rodičů těchto dětí. Praktická část absolventské práce je postavena na zpracování dvou kazuistik z psychiatrické léčebny, kde porovnávám metody léčby popsané v teoretické části. Závěrem poukazuji na fakt, že existují úspěšné metody léčby a v případě jejich dodržování i v rodině, mohou děti s ADHD žít plnohodnotný život.

Abstract:

Graduate´s work focuses on the methods of treatment of children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) on child psychiatry. In the theoretical part I mention that ADHD is a developmental disorder that can´t be cured, but it´s important and completely necessary for children with this syndrome to learn to live with it. The best way to help these children is early diagnose of disorder, long-term and effective treatment, curative therapy, strategical, comprehensive and educational measures and often specialized institutions like kindergartens and schools. To that help individual methods of treatment, such as hospitalization, pharmacotherapy, adjustment education and teaching methods and also parental practice. Very contributive is cooperation of another experts, so psychologists, special educators, psychiatrists, neurologists, teachers, speech therapists, educators and especially parents of these children. The practical part of the graduate´s thesis is based on two cases of interpretation from psychiatric hospital, where I compare the methods of treatment described in the theoretical part. Finally, I point to the fact that there are successful methods of treatment and in case of their observance even in the family, children with ADHD can live a full life.
