Valuation of the enterprise calculated by selected methods

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá samotným výkladem oceňování podniku. V tomto výkladu samozřejmě nechybí informace o tom, jaká data potřebujeme a jak je lze získat. Popisuje strategickou analýzu, firemní vnitřní a vnější potenciál společnosti, finanční analýzu a její ukazatele, kterými jsou ukazatele likvidity, rentability, aktivity a zadluženosti. Dalším důležitým bodem jsou generátory hodnoty, díky nimž je sestaven finanční plán. Ve své poslední části se nabízí informace o jednotlivých metodách oceňování, a to hlavně o výnosové metodě DCF entity a metodě ekonomické přidané hodnoty. V aplikační části aplikuje nabyté informace na společnost ČSA, a.s. a oceňuje ji pomocí zmiňovaných metod k datu 31. 12. 2006.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part of this diploma thesis is talking about interpretation of valuation of the company. In this interpretation is not missing information about data which we need and where we can get them. This diploma thesis is also describing strategic analysis, external and internal potential of company, financial analysis and its indexes which are indexes of liquidity, rentability, activity and indebtebness. Another very important items are value generators. From them is completed the financial plan. In the last section of theoretical part is offering information about individual valuation methods, mainly yield oriented method as DCF entity and economic value added method. In application part of this diploma thesis are applied loaded information to real company Czech airlines, a.s. and this company is valued to date 31. 12. 2006 with methods mentioned upon.
