Práce zahrnuje základní otázky právních úkonů jak hmotně právních tak i procesně právních, zahrnuje otázky související s vůlí, projevu vůle. Popisuje rozdělení právních úkonů dle obsahu, předmětu a druhu, podle současné právní úpravy. Popisuje možné následky vad v projevu vůle a vůle samotné.
